I have always had a passion for health, fitness and sports. I competed in swimming for 15 years, as well as having competed in track, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and MMA. I have been lifting weights for 25 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Washington University in Exercise Science, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certification, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification, and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My wife Marisol and I have had this amazing opportunity to start our gym in Sunnyside and look forward to helping change people’s lives.
